Champion Series

The Champion series is Böckmann's robust anodized aluminum class. Created for horses up to either 1.75m/17 hands at the withers, or up to 1.85m/18hands, the Champion models offer features that the Duo series does not. Well protected by the anodization process, the Champion models are cool, sleek and sporty. Offering all the standard safety features for horse and rider, this stylish series allows you to choose from the standard metallic silver roof, or add your own style with one of Böckmann's RAL colours.

The superstructure is constructed of double web profile anodized panels - the strongest profile available. These panels house air pockets which act as insulators for the horses riding within. Equipped with the European mechanical braking system, galvanized steel side braces and chassis, Böckmann provides safety and stability for your horse.

You can choose between 2-horse and single horse models, with or without tack storage.

Standard Features: Champion C

Offering a simple horse box, the Champion C does not come with a saddle storage

Chassis: Built from hot-dipped galvanized steel, the Champion rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF- Plus) - an independent torsion suspension with added shocks for a smooth ride for the horse. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2" coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body: Anodized aluminum web profile panel side walls- 1500 mm high - always a silver finish-topped with a metallic silver roof. Different roof colours are available (accessory). The rear loading ramp is a full 5' in length with gas shocks as lifting assists. A step on rear ramp allows you to step up and control the canvas lift with integrated net. Bockmann anodised aluminum flooring provide strength and longevity. The trailer front is flat on the Champion C. Single plastic fenders, two pop-out tinted windows, decoration stripes on the side wall, with a decor by Jan Kunster, completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

Internal Space: The inner stall offers padded walls and a bright white roof colour. The rubber flooring is glued and sealed to the aluminum floor beneath. The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops - preventing slipping in inclement weather. The Multi-Safe stall bar system + anti-panic stall system allows you to adjust height of the stall bars and the length of the stall. In an emergency the chest bars can be released from outside the trailer. The chest bars have additional foam black bar padding. The transparent PVC partition is mounted on tubular galvanized steel, and is easily swivelled left or right to accommodate a more open stall space for loading. Interior lighting is found in the stall area. Black lateral kick plates complete the inside stall walls. There is no Saddle chest in the Champion C model.

Standard Features: Champion R

A sporty horse trailer with saddle storage, the Champion R does it with style!

Chassis: Identically designed to the Champion C, the "R" series is built on the same hot-dipped galvanized steel chassis frame, rides on the CFF- Plus Suspension. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2" coupler, plus a front handle to aid in moving the trailer by hand during the .

The Saddle chest contains 2 telesopic saddle racks suitable for English saddles +1 storage shelf and hooks,a mirror /net at door, a broom with telescopic handle, and a plastic shovel.

A trailer for a single horse, the Champion Uno offers both a simple horse box model or one with a saddle storage.

Chassis: Same hot-dipped galvanized steel chassis, the Champion Uno rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF- Plus), utilises the integrated locking 2" coupler, and all the other features of the Champion series chassis.

 

Body: Anodized aluminum web profile panel side walls- 1500 mm high - always a silver finish-topped with a metallic silver roof. Different roof colours are available (accessory). The stall is narrower to accommodate a single horse or mare and foal. The trailer front is flat on the Champion Uno C. Single plastic fenders, two pop-out tinted windows, decoration stripes on the side wall, with a decor by Jan Kunster, completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

Internal Space: The inner stall area is a bright white in both wall and roof colour. The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops - preventing slipping in inclement weather. The Multi-Safe Stall system allows you to adjust height of the stall bars and the length of the stall. In an emergency the chest bars can be released from outside the trailer. Interior lighting is found in both the stall area and tack storage. Black lateral kick plates and stall pads complete the inside stall walls. The Saddle Chest option offers 1 saddle rack on the door, broom, shovel and door net.
